National Recycling Week at Lynbrook

National Recycling Week is well underway here at LPS! We have seen a lot of students coming in with 'Nude Food' and it's been amazing to see the reduction in waste when we are wrapper free!

The recycling boxes for empty toothpaste tubes and used batteries are in the foyer of the office. These will be available for the rest of November.
Today, a Gumboot Garden has been established in the Prep playground area. Thank you to The Label Project who donated our marvellous Gumboot Garden sign. The Gumboots were generously donated by the company Merry People 🥾 and are all boots that were unable to be sold. This is a great example of upcycling!
Thank you for supporting National Recycling Week!
