ICT Peer Coaching at Lynbrook Primary School is a collaborative effort. Coach and coachee work together to determine a focus and integrate the use of ICT into an activity, lesson or unit of work. Discussion flows as both teachers pose questions, talk about possibilities and share knowledge in order to create a rich learning environment for students.
The following 'movie' is an extract of an actual coaching session at Lynbrook Primary School. In a previous session it was decided that some sort of activity would be created for year 5/6 students to enhance their appreciation of artwork. The coach and coachee discuss and resolve the question "How can ICT be incorporated into art appreciation in an effective manner?"
